Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory data using WMS software
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock optimization
- Process inventory transactions (receives, transfers, adjustments)
- Generate monthly inventory reports and variance analyses
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control protocols
- Audit physical inventory against system records quarterly
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- RF scanner certification preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours daily
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Forklift operation license (optional but beneficial)
