Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate electronic inventory records using WMS software
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams for inventory movement
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Conduct physical audits quarterly and annually
- Collaborate with procurement for stock replenishment
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic math and spreadsheet skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Spanish bilingualism a plus
