Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Manage stock levels using ERP/WMS systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Process incoming/outgoing shipments and maintain shipping documentation
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage space
- Implement FIFO inventory control methods
- Support annual physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Experience with barcode scanning systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
