Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanning technology
- Manage real-time inventory tracking in Oracle ERP system with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics between warehouse, procurement, and sales teams
- Implement FIFO inventory protocols and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Analyze stock trends to optimize reorder points and minimize carrying costs
- Train junior staff on inventory management best practices and SOPs
- Collaborate with vendors on returns, replacements, and quality control
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in high-volume distribution centers
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active) and RF scanners
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or relevant field required
