Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Process incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders
- Maintain real-time inventory records in ERP systems
- Coordinate cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with warehouse team on stock rotation and FIFO compliance
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and data entry accuracy
- Forklift certification a plus
