Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for next-day delivery with zero-error tolerance
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) in a 150,000 sq ft facility
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Generate daily performance reports and inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for forklift certification)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
