Responsibilities
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using barcode scanning systems
- Manage warehouse stock levels, track incoming/outgoing shipments, and update inventory databases
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in annual physical inventory audits
- Maintain accurate records of damaged, returned, or expired goods
- Collaborate with procurement and shipping teams to optimize inventory turnover
- Generate inventory reports for management review and process improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and barcode scanners
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
