Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage stock receiving, putaway, and documentation with zero-tolerance errors
- Generate real-time inventory reports for management analysis
- Coordinate with warehouse team to maintain FIFO rotation protocols
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock replenishment strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory software (SAP/JDE preferred)
- Expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data management
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (±0.1% accuracy)
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified) a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
