Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Utilize WMS systems to track, update, and maintain real-time stock data
- Process incoming shipments and verify received items against purchase orders
- Coordinate with warehouse team to resolve stock variances and shortages
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis and decision-making
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Collaborate with purchasing department to optimize stock levels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1-2 years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with 95%+ inventory accuracy record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Forklift certification a significant plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
