Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO protocols
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with purchasing and sales departments
- Ensure OSHA compliance in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management experience
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong data entry skills (10,000+ keystrokes/hr)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with barcode scanners and RF guns
- Attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
