Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and reconciliation of WMS discrepancies
- Operate automated scanning systems (RFID/barcode) to track 5,000+ SKUs across temperature-controlled zones
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams to document all inventory movements in SAP system
- Generate weekly inventory variance reports with root cause analysis for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols for perishable goods and time-sensitive materials
- Conduct quarterly physical audits with <0.5% tolerance variance
- Train temporary staff on inventory procedures during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse/inventory management with WMS proficiency
- Expert knowledge of barcode scanning systems and RFID technology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to reconcile discrepancies in large datasets
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and SAP/Oracle systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics preferred
