Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage inbound/outbound stock documentation and update warehouse management software
- Coordinate with procurement and shipping teams to ensure inventory accuracy
- Prepare detailed inventory reports and variance analysis for management review
- Maintain organized storage systems and implement FIFO rotation protocols
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly inventory verifications
- Train staff on inventory control procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry skills
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied temperature conditions
