Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Track incoming/outgoing shipments and update stock records in real-time
- Conduct physical inventory audits quarterly and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Collaborate with purchasing and shipping teams to optimize inventory levels
- Generate inventory reports for management review and process improvement
- Train staff on inventory procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
