Responsibilities
- Perform regular physical counts and cycle counts of inventory to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Update and maintain accurate digital and hard-copy inventory records.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes of variances.
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments to verify contents.
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure stock availability.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for data entry and reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
