Responsibilities
- Conduct regular physical counts of inventory stock to ensure accuracy against system records.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory databases using warehouse management software (WMS).
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying contents against packing slips.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to management immediately.
- Organize and label storage areas to maximize warehouse efficiency and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline stock replenishment processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous experience in inventory control or warehousing is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for calculating stock values and quantities.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
