Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy
- Manage inventory transactions including receiving, putaway, and documentation
- Maintain real-time inventory records using WMS and ERP systems
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate inventory reports for management and compliance purposes
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure proper storage conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Forklift certification a plus
