Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using barcode scanners and manual verification methods
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse team to reconcile stock levels during receiving, picking, and shipping processes
- Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management review and decision-making
- Implement cycle count procedures to ensure continuous inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with procurement team to optimize stock levels and prevent overstock/understock situations
- Participate in annual physical inventory audits with 100% reconciliation accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in supply chain preferred
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and inventory reconciliation experience
