Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous documentation
- Maintain real-time inventory records in SAP and Excel systems
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to optimize stock levels
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols and quality control standards
- Train staff on inventory procedures and system usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS/SAP and MS Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with barcode scanning technology
- Valid Colorado driver's license
