Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
- Lead a team of 10-15 warehouse associates through training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operator training
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
