Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse staff through training and performance coaching
- Implement lean methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams for inventory optimization
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy in inventory and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proven expertise in WMS implementation and inventory control systems
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety compliance
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
