Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate cycle counts and physical inventory audits across multiple warehouse locations
- Maintain real-time inventory data in WMS systems with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Process inbound/outbound inventory transactions with precision documentation
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs
- Collaborate with procurement teams to resolve inventory variances and prevent stockouts
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols and quality control checks
- Train staff on inventory procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data analysis capabilities
- Forklift certification (OSHA certified)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Virginia driver's license
