Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using SAP systems
- Process receiving and shipping documentation with 99.9% accuracy
- Utilize barcode scanners to track inventory movement in real-time
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in warehouse environment
- Train new staff on inventory management procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory methods
- Background check and drug screen required
