Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Coordinate with procurement team on reorder points and stock allocation
- Generate inventory reports and analytics for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation and quality control protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during audits and physical inventories
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years inventory or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA) highly desirable
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Valid Florida driver's license required
