Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Maintain accurate real-time inventory records in WMS and ERP platforms
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment
- Generate monthly inventory reports and variance analysis for leadership
- Implement FIFO/FEFO protocols for perishable goods handling
- Support year-end physical inventory audits and cycle counting initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy rate
- Familiarity with RF scanning technology and barcode systems
- Strong analytical skills for variance resolution and reporting
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
