Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory records in WMS system with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory audits across 3 warehouse locations
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and update stock levels in SAP
- Generate inventory reports for management review and process improvement
- Collaborate with purchasing team to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Train temporary staff on inventory procedures during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written communication for report generation
