Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage stock rotation, FIFO protocols, and warehouse space optimization
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accurate documentation
- Maintain real-time inventory data in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with procurement and shipping teams to resolve stock issues
- Generate inventory reports for management and audits
- Train staff on inventory control procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and barcode scanners
- Strong mathematical accuracy and data entry skills
- Forklift certification (OSHA preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied warehouse conditions
- Associates degree in logistics or supply chain (preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
