Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate with warehouse team for stock replenishment and cycle counting
- Generate inventory reports for management review and forecasting
- Implement FIFO protocols and ensure proper storage conditions
- Collaborate with purchasing team on stock level optimization
- Audit physical inventory against system data monthly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Forklift certification preferred but not mandatory
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Experience with RF scanning technology essential
- Valid Colorado driver's license
