Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records in our WMS system
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams for real-time updates
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO protocols and quality control measures
- Collaborate with procurement on stock optimization
- Train staff on inventory procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years inventory control experience
- Proficient in WMS software (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license
