You will work closely with the warehouse team to maintain accurate records, process incoming shipments, and manage stock counts. Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventory audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, checking for damages and discrepancies.
- Maintain and update inventory records in the ERP system (experience with NetSuite or SAP preferred).
- Generate and distribute inventory reports to management to track stock levels and turnover.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse floor to optimize workflow and safety standards.
- Identify slow-moving stock and collaborate with the team to implement stocking strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Stock Clerk, or Warehouse Associate (1+ years preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must) and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
