Responsibilities
- Perform regular physical counts of stock and reconcile inventory discrepancies using handheld scanners and software.
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in labeling and documentation.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage layouts and improve inventory flow.
- Conduct cycle counts and perform random spot checks to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of reports regarding stock levels, damages, and shortages for management review.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
