Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Update and maintain real-time inventory data in our WMS system
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with meticulous documentation
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with procurement teams on stock replenishment strategies
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Audit warehouse storage areas for compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory control experience in logistics/warehouse setting
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF technology
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table capabilities
- Strong attention to detail with 99%+ data accuracy track record
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license required
