Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits using barcode scanning technology
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy within our ERP system (SAP experience preferred)
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock trends for optimization
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams on stock rotation protocols
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory control procedures
- Support year-end inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse operations experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional site visits
- Associates degree in logistics or supply chain preferred
- Forklift certification a plus
