Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory data in WMS (Warehouse Management System) with 99.9% accuracy
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment
- Generate inventory reports for management and compliance purposes
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory rotation procedures
- Train staff on inventory control protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency with WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanning technology
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
