Responsibilities
- Perform accurate cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile stock levels with system records.
- Maintain and update digital inventory databases using ERP software and manual entry methods.
- Assist with the receiving and shipping process by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Identify, investigate, and report discrepancies in inventory counts to warehouse management immediately.
- Organize warehouse storage areas and label stock to ensure efficient retrieval and minimal errors.
- Collaborate with team members to implement inventory control strategies and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business or logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory control preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of inventory management software and barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
