Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate warehouse management system (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas with proper labeling protocols
- Generate inventory reports for management analysis
- Collaborate with receiving/shipping teams to ensure seamless operations
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory rotation methods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and WMS software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel essential)
