Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain accurate digital records using WMS software (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize stock rotation and FIFO compliance
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and verify documentation
- Generate weekly inventory reports for management review
- Collaborate with purchasing to prevent stockouts/overstock situations
- Implement cycle counting protocols for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory management software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis
- High school diploma or equivalent required
