Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Update inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with precision and speed.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage, discrepancies, or labeling errors.
- Label, sort, and store materials according to established safety and organizational protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents.
- Assist in stock rotation to ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and data entry (Excel experience is a plus).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
