Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain accurate digital records using WMS and ERP systems
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to track stock movements
- Generate inventory reports for management review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols to prevent spoilage
- Collaborate with procurement teams on reorder triggers
- Audit physical inventory against system data weekly
- Train staff on inventory control procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory management experience preferred
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory software
- Strong data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
