Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Manage stock levels for 500+ SKUs in our 50,000 sq ft warehouse facility
- Process inbound/outbound shipments and maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to optimize stock rotation
- Collaborate with purchasing team to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
- Maintain digital inventory records in our WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Train staff on inventory control procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inventory control or warehouse experience required
- Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory management software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of OSHA warehouse safety standards
