Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping
- Train and mentor staff while enforcing safety protocols (OSHA compliance)
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and lean methodologies
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Advanced proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling experience
- Proven ability to meet KPIs for accuracy and productivity
