Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train, mentor, and manage 10-15 warehouse staff
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems and accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless delivery
- Conduct performance reviews and address operational gaps
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
- Experience with DC regulations and compliance
