Responsibilities
- Perform accurate cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Update inventory records in ERP/WMS systems in real-time
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock replenishment
- Generate daily inventory reports for management review
- Maintain organized storage areas and labeling systems
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock ordering
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory management experience preferred
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Advanced data entry skills with 98%+ accuracy
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
