Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records using WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Inspect received shipments for quality and quantity accuracy
- Coordinate with procurement team on stock replenishment
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of all inventory items
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving departments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong mathematical and data verification skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (OSHA-certified preferred)
