Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage stock levels, track shipments, and update inventory databases in real-time
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure efficient stock rotation
- Generate inventory reports and analyze trends for operational improvements
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and ISO 9001 standards
- Train staff on inventory procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
