Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain real-time stock updates via remote portal
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize order fulfillment workflows
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Participate in monthly remote training sessions for process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for remote reporting systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends during peak seasons
