Responsibilities
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain 99% accuracy.
- Utilize handheld RF scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory in real-time.
- Verify incoming shipments against packing lists and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Update digital databases with accurate stock movements and location changes.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
- Coordinate with the shipping and receiving team to streamline material flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Experience using barcode scanners (RF guns) and inventory software is highly desirable.
- Strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
