Responsibilities
- Execute regular physical counts and cycle counts to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Utilize inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) to update stock levels and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in the receiving and shipping departments, verifying incoming and outgoing goods against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of stock location, serial numbers, and expiration dates in digital databases.
- Identify damaged or missing inventory and report findings to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize storage space and improve overall warehouse workflow efficiency.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Associate, or Stock Clerk.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic understanding of barcode scanners and handheld inventory devices.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
