Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Manage inventory records in our Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring real-time data integrity.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom layout to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and prevent stockouts.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk, Stock Clerk, or Warehouse Associate is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with technology including barcode scanners, tablets, and WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as business needs dictate.
