Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in -10°F to 35°F environments
- Inspect, sort, and store perishable goods according to food safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Sanitize equipment and facilities daily following HACCP standards
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless logistics operations
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work in cold environments with appropriate gear
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
