Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage space and operational efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of material handling or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with warehouse technology (RF scanners, WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Valid California driver's license preferred
